Z: You know, our company, ABC Co.Ltd, has been operating well since its establishment. Now we have a project for expansion, in which we are short of fund in foreign exchange. Could you supply a foreign exchange loan to us?

H:Well,as a regular customer withnice credit position in our bank and for a joint venture that is a corporate body in China, you do meet the Chinese commercial loans terms. What currency of loan do you want?

Z:US dollars. What about the interest rate?

Z: 50,000 dollars.

H:For how long a time?

Z:For 18 months.

H: Generally speaking,there should be no problem .Anyway ,I have to check your recent balance sheet and income statement again .
